The elevations have been vigorously refined to create suitable fenestration details to capture the buildings program, whilst the unused existing roof space is being converted into habitable spaces. The scheme offers a rich balance between built environment and public realm with the provision of playground areas and sports facilities and will be delivered by the end of 2021.
