We are based in London and Our Employers Agent function is generally delivered through design and build construction contracts where we insist to achieve the highest level of administration for our Clients. We continually form a rapport with key stakeholders, to build a collaborative team that will successfully deliver your project. 

Our Employers Agents have the Clients best interests at heart, we will represent your interests throughout the design and build phases of construction. We collaborate extensively with our Clients to review plans and designs to ensure they meet our Clients expectations. We will often discuss with the Contractors of the project to make them aware of any defects and ensure that the project is staying within budget. We will also prevent any disputes from occurring during construction to make sure your project is delivered within the agreed upon time frame. We aim to set clear contractual obligations to achieve quality standards, as well as time and cost savings. We often tailor our EA services to meet the needs of our Clients as each project has differing complexities in design, priorities and goals.
