The stages of our Project Management process: 

DESIGN – First we will create and build upon your brief step-by-step for the project. We will discuss your goals, objectives and the budget of your project. This will enable ideas to be sketched out, from the overall building design to layouts, materials and colours! We will conduct in depth research of the resources needed for your project and begin formulating your project management plan. We guarantee that your project will follow all construction guidelines and procedures. We will draft a final blueprint document for you to review before the Planning and Pre-Construction stages commence. 

PRECONSTRUCTION – The next stage of the process is Pre-Construction. We will take care of all the regulation and statutory procedures that are needed to be completed before construction takes place. We will make sure that the site is ready for construction and that all designs, materials, resources and personnel are organised and arranged before work begins. We will also ensure that a risk management inspection takes place by all parties involved before construction begins to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Before construction commences, we will arrange Pre-Construction meetings to organise Contractors, Sub-Contractors, working hours, statutory guidelines, the storage of materials, quality control and site access to ensure your project runs smoothly.  

CONSTRUCTION – We will discuss payment plans and will be there every step of the way to ensure the project is being delivered exactly how you want it. We will oversee every aspect of the project to make sure all tasks are being met to a high standard and within the agreed time frame. Furthermore, once construction has been completed, we will not leave you here. We will monitor the performance of the project and make sure the Client is satisfied with the final product. We will then provide you with a project report of the total costs and an overview of what work has been completed and signed off as part of the hand over process.
