This project is a 4-star hotel located at the heart of Bracknell only few minutes walk from the Bracknell train station and is well connected to the M3, M4 and M25 motorways. The work involves removal of existing cladding panels and insulation and replacement with new. The programme is set out for a period of seven months and is expected to be completed by May 2022.
