The project comprised of the full refurbishment and fit-out of a 6,500sqft Grade II Listed private house arranged over 6 floors and 1 large basement level situated in a prominent and well-known part of Belgravia. The works included the installation of a new sub-basement level under the property and major structural reconfiguration to the rest of the building. The property was refinished to an exceptional standard with the finest of finishes and furniture.
