This project entails the conversion of an existing office building to deliver 48 residential units within the 6 storey building. The property is located centrally within walking distance of the town centre and Hayward Heath Railway Station. Due to our evolving experience on these kinds of projects, we have overlapped design with construction to fast track the overall delivery of the scheme.
