The project comprised of the full refurbishment and fit-out of a 10,000 sqft Grade II Listed private house arranged over 6 floors and 1 basement level situated in a prominent part of Belgravia. The works included the provision of a new sub-basement to the rear of the property, relocation and removal of columns within the basement and ground floor levels and the installation of full new services to serve various proposed amenities within the property. Amenities include a retained pool, gymnasium, playroom and family terrace.
