Located on Western Road amidst Brighton Town Centre the existing building occupies ground floor retail with office spaces of the two upper floors. The proposed scheme encompasses refurbishment of the retail spaces and conversion of the office spaces to HMO residential flats whilst also including an upward extension for further residential units. A vast amount of structural works are being implemented in order to strengthen the integrity of the building. The team is working closely with Brighton & Hove City Council in order to retain the architectural characteristics of the building whilst also improving the building to ensure it lasts the test of time.
