The scheme entails a two-storey extension of our previous project ‘Robart House’ located in Leytonstone to transform the property from a three-storey building with a basement level to a five-storey building including basement. The scheme intends to provide an additional 17no residential units to the property. A set back at top floor level will provide further amenity to these apartments. Construction is anticipated to begin Mid-2022 with completion to follow in 2023.
