The project is located in Southwark borough of London and involves the conversion of an existing office building to a residential property. The building currently comprises of three floors with a proposed extension of two more floors making it a five-storey building once complete. The top floor level has been setback to provide balconies to flats in the fourth floor as an additional lap of luxury.
