The project is located on Lamont Road in Chelsea within walking distance from Kings Road and Fulham Road. This project entails the refurbishment of an existing 4 storey townhouse with primary focus on strip out and demolition, reconfiguration of internal spaces, redecoration and rear extension on the lower and upper ground floors. Construction is set for five months with an anticipated completion by March 2022.
