The project consisted of the demolition of two semi-detached houses to be replaced with one large family dwelling of 11,500sqft. The planning required careful consideration to overcome sensitive issues with conservation areas, the eyre estates and sustainable targets. The impressive redevelopment resulted in a house with a contemporary exterior Arts and Craft style feel with all elevations embellished with stonework , handmade gauged brickwork, bronze windows and external doors with leaded panes. The interiors were finished to a very high standard with amenities including a gymnasium, cinema, games area, catering kitchen and a 4 car-stacking system.
